This is actually a project from indie developer: Michael Kolasinski (no website apparently)

Based on our experience, glow is a full-screen effect, meaning it requires Render Texture support; RT is Pro-Only! :)

However, if  you have pro, it is a &quot;drop-in&quot; effect; meaning if you have Unity Pro, you can quickly enable it and it &quot;just works&quot;.</description>
